Chapter 2: Welcome to El Salvador

This is me giving you a lot in a nutshell. We got to go to the El Salvador Temple and there is this amazing picture that I have never seen before in the entrance to the temple. We have a wedding/baptism planned for this Friday and then two baptisms for Sunday. Each and every one there are amazing women. Each has had an individual trial in their lives, but you wouldn't believe how happy they are. Each time I leave their homes I always feel more rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. The spirit is always present when we visit and I can´t wait to see what kind of women they will be once they are baptized.

Chapter 1: The MTC

IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME!

I wonder if when they built the Missionary Training Center here in Provo they knew that so many missionaries would herald the call to serve. Each one worthy to take upon themselves the mantle of Disciple to Jesus Christ. Did they know the spirit would be so strong that you wept, where before you let not even one tear depart your eyes? Did they know that four walls were perfect to the setting for growth? Where you grew in understanding, patience, humility and love.

I know for a fact they did. God makes no mistakes. He knew and through revelation, the Prophet here on Earth knew as well. Too much has happened here at the MTC for me to write down, so instead I bare my testimony of the truthfulness of this Gospel and church. That it is through this divine authority of power that the MTC exists. Before, I only saw two missionaries at a time. Here I have been blessed with the gift of seeing two thousand missionaries ready to herald the call to serve. Just like the strippling warriors did so many years before. We are God's army and as for me this day, I proudly put on the Armor and prepare to serve God with all my Heart, Might, Mind, and Strength. Now, will you heed the call of that still small voice and be the best that you can possibly be? In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
